Allow me to introduce myself. I’m Rebecca Mountain and my company helps you make money on social media by generating leads and showing you how to convert them into profitable clients.

In this day of a social media onslaught, it’s hard to know where your company needs to be. Which one to use? How often? What to say? And what about all the other marketing channels – are they useless now?

These questions are going through the minds of all business owners today, and my job is to make it all very simple and clear. Not all social media outlets are for you – but depending on your business, some are ideal. Your other marketing efforts support what you do in the social sphere and together, through careful integration of the two, you develop your marketing powerhouse.

I’ve worked at all sorts of companies – large public ones, small private ones, medium sized firms and now I work for myself. My background includes Marketing Strategy, Implementation, Budgeting and Financial Reporting, Analysis, Marketing Research, Sales Management and Integration, and a little bit of Knowledge Management Solutions thrown in.

The beauty of such a diverse experience base is that I’ve accumulated a lot of “best practices” in Marketing along the way. I subscribe to the line of thought that “there’s always a solution” – and maybe we just need to look at things a bit differently to find it. Innovation is key to my skill set, since it’s what keeps the engines in the world going.

My company’s focus is to bring all my experience, expertise and creative thinking to my clients and help them forge ahead, create breakout marketing strategies and tactics, and then, most of all, measure them. If you can’t figure out where you are, then you won’t know where you’re going.

And when I’m not working, I raise four kids, but mostly spend my time creating balance between my awesome personal life and equally awesome business. Do what you love – love what you do. It’s great.
